We only register at our Sulphur Office at 1623 Picard Rd. Sulphur, LA.

Items needed to register:

- Copy of Student's Birth Certificate
- Student's Social Security Number
- K5-8th - School Records/Report Card
- 9th-12th - Transcript/Schedule/Records
